We are hiring for the following full-time positions: Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS), Survey Technician, and Field Survey Crew Chief. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Depending on role and experience, responsibilities may include:
- Leading or assisting in field survey operations (boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, control)
- Operating and maintaining survey equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, etc.)
- Reducing and processing field data
- Preparing plats, legal descriptions, and survey documents
- Supporting project managers and engineers with survey data and coordination
- Ensuring field crew safety and compliance with project standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Professional Surveyor:
- Missouri PLS license (or ability to obtain)
- Professional surveying experience
- Knowledge of boundary law, survey standards, and legal descriptions
Survey Technician:
- Experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Experience processing field data, preparing survey documents, construction layout calculations
Field Survey Crew Chief:
- Experience leading a survey crew
- Proficiency with survey instruments and GPS
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
