Pay Review Fees
Some projects require review fees that must be paid to municipalities or other review agencies. Volz Incorporated can pay these fees on your behalf to keep your project moving quickly. In some cases, review fees are required in advance before submittal to the reviewing agency. You can reimburse or prepay these fees securely using the online payment form, or mail a check to our office. Paying online is the fastest way to ensure timely submission and avoid delays.
Payment Security: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Non-Refundable Notice: Review fees are paid directly to outside agencies and are non-refundable once submitted.

If you need a payment link to pay an invoice, please fill out the form on the right. We’ll send you a copy of your invoice along with a secure link to make your payment online. You can also email our accounting office at [email protected] or call our office. Privacy: Invoice copies and payment links requested on this form are only sent to verified email addresses listed in your contract agreement. This helps protect client information and ensure payments are properly credited to your account. |
